About me

TLDR; I’m an expert growth marketer who has helped build startups through identifying, testing, and scaling channels for customer acquisition. I’ve worked in the weeds at early stage startups growing acquisition organically, as well as at larger companies shaping strategy and pulling the many growth levers.

Because I have done my own startup and consulted for many startups, my background is non-conventional. During my time in consulting and running my own startup, I had the opportunity to be a Head of Growth Marketing / Growth Lead / Growth Marketing Manager for many startups. These experiences accelerated my own growth in that I saw the same issues in building a growth engine, attribution, managing budgets, and communicating effectively on a team. I also built my own startup from the ground up, wearing many hats, from demand generation to account based marketing and creative work. Building my own startup has forced me to be more creative in the way I work, and I am very scrappy and have grown so much from these experiences.

  • Building from 0 to 1 in early stage startups and getting from 1 to 10 in high growth companies -I have a strong track record; at Pilot.com, I grew the contribution of pipeline and revenue from paid channels by 2x while maintaining spend efficiency

  • Owning core digital marketing channels and demand generation channels, marketing funnel tactics and metrics, and customer journey

  • Taking ownership of a project from end to end, shaping high-level strategy and diving into tactical execution
