The Growth Sprint · fixed scope, 30 days

Find the money hiding in your account.

A fixed 30-day deep dive into your paid program. I go through the tracking, the attribution, the creative, and the buying, find what's wasting spend and what's ready to scale, and make the quick fixes while I'm in there. No retainer, no long commitment. You come out with a clear read on your account and a plan you can act on.

it's a sprint, not a retainer
01 · When to run one

Good moments for a Sprint.

01

You're about to scale spend.

Before you pour more budget in, it's worth knowing what the current budget is actually doing. Scaling a leaky account just makes the leak more expensive.

02

You just inherited the account.

New role, new agency, or a handoff that left more questions than notes. A Sprint gives you an honest read on what you've actually got, fast.

03

The numbers stopped adding up.

Results plateaued, tracking got flaky after iOS, and the reporting no longer matches what you feel is happening. Time to look under the hood.

02 · What I go through

Four systems, taken apart in order.

I start where the damage compounds. Bad tracking poisons every decision downstream, so that's first, and creative and budget come once the data underneath them can be trusted.

01 · Tracking

Every pixel, event, and conversion checked against what's really firing. When the data going in is wrong, every call after it is wrong too, so nothing else gets touched until this is solid.

02 · Attribution

Measurement rebuilt for the world after iOS, so you can see what each channel actually put into pipeline instead of arguing over a last-click guess.

03 · Creative

A straight read on what's in market: what's fatigued, what was never really tested, and the angles working for other advertisers that you aren't running yet.

04 · Media buying

Account structure, budgets, and bids gone through line by line. The wasted spend gets named out loud, and the underfunded winners get found and fed.

03 · The 30 days

How the month actually goes.

Days 1–10 · Audit

I map it and pressure-test it.

I pull the data, rebuild the tracking picture, and dig through the accounts. By the end of week one, you've already seen the biggest things costing you money.

Days 11–20 · Fixes

I fix what doesn't need a rebuild.

Kill the obvious waste, correct the broken tracking, move budget toward what's working, and get fresh creative into test. The quick wins happen now, not later.

Days 21–30 · The plan

You get the map for everything bigger.

A prioritized plan for the work that's too big for 30 days, ranked by impact, with the numbers behind each call. Run it yourself, or hand it to me.

04 · What you keep

You walk away with all of it.

Whether or not we ever work together again. The Sprint pays for itself in what it finds.

01

A written teardown.

Everything I found, in plain language, ranked by what it's costing you. No jargon, no 60-slide deck you'll never open again.

02

The quick fixes, already made.

The wasted spend, the tracking gaps, and the budget misallocations I could fix inside the 30 days are done by the time we finish.

03

A 90-day plan.

What to do next, in order, with the expected impact behind each move. A plan your team can run, or one I can run for you.

“He took full ownership of paid search and turned it into one of our most reliable, efficient pipeline engines. In several months he drove 30–40% of total company pipeline and ARR.”

05 · Questions

The things people ask first.

It starts at $7,500, a single flat fee scoped to your account size and spend. It isn't a percentage of your ad spend, and it isn't a monthly retainer. And if you continue to a retainer afterward, the full fee comes off your first month.
Access to your ad accounts, analytics, and CRM, plus about 30 minutes for a kickoff. Read access is enough to begin. From there my pod and I do the work, and I check in when we've got something worth your time.
No. I work alongside what's already running. The only changes I make during the 30 days are fixes that help, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.
No. An audit tells you what's wrong and stops there. A Sprint fixes what it can inside the 30 days and hands you a prioritized plan for everything bigger. You get action, not just a diagnosis.
You keep the findings, the fixes, and the plan. You can run it in-house or bring me on to lead it as an ongoing engagement. The Sprint stands on its own either way, so there's no pressure to continue.
Always, before I touch anything. Your data, your accounts, and whatever I find stay between us.

Let's find what your account is losing.

Book a short call and I'll tell you whether a Sprint makes sense for your account, and roughly what I'd expect to find. If it's not the right move, I'll say so.
